Hi Pamela,
Cherokee Nation does not use a company to complete texts. It will be interesting to hear from others though to see what the success is when using that tool.
I’d also be interested in this discussion. I have a work phone so I have on occasion used it to text clients. We’ve started to talk about looking for a computer based program so that my caseworker can text clients as well since she doesn’t have a work phone.
