TX contact information

Hi Everyone, I wanted to let you know I have been in contact with TX regarding sending information to them and received this information below. I asked if I could share her email and she definitely wanted me to let other tribal Directors know as well.  Since we are close to TX we have a lot of referrals sent from them to our office and have difficulty getting to the right person for follow-up information.   This information below I believe will hopefully help us all!

Kara,

Please feel free to circulate this contact information to any other IV-D tribal directors. When a IV-D agency calls the Texas Central Registry phone number (512-406-2300), there are call routing prompts. When prompted, Tribal IV-D agency staff may use option 2 to route the call to staff that handle these inter-agency calls.

Good morning.  Our Texas Central Registry team has volunteered to help me with these Tribal Title IV-D inquiries. For inter-agency email inquiries, please also include our Texas central registry email box  (TXCENREG@oag.texas.gov).  Our Texas central registry also maintains a phone line for IV-D agencies at 512-406-2300. [additional information: When prompted, Tribal IV-D agency staff may use option 2 to route the call to staff that handle these inter-agency calls.]  Tribal customers (CPs or NCPs) needing to contact our Texas Child Support Program directly may be referred to our Texas CSD Enterprise Customer Service line at 800-252-8014. This way, any issues or concerns can hopefully resolved more efficiently and faster.

Sincerely,

Rebecca
