| Tribal Child Support Directors Leadership Training In collaboration with the National Association of Tribal Child Support Directors (NATCSD), OCSE is pleased to provide this free training to tribal directors as an add-on to NATCSD’s April meeting. The co-presenters are Wally McClure, Tami Masuca, Lisa Skenandore, and Ralph Jefferson. The presenters will share helpful tools and real-life scenarios that will sharpen three core leadership competencies: - Improving Performance
- Leading through Change
- Leading through Conflict
During this interactive one-day workshop, participants will work in small groups to explore solutions to each scenario and share their results with the group at large. We are encouraging all tribal child support directors to take advantage of this opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills and discuss and share best practices with your peers about leadership in the tribal child support program.
