Match Waiver for FY 2020

I would like to personally thanked Tallis King George and Mary Squallly (Puyallup Tribe) and Stacy Caudle (Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas) for helping me with getting my match waived for FY 2020.  I just received a letter on Friday granting my waiver request.  I  wouldn’t have been able to do this with out their help.  OCSE just recently informed us at the last conference call that the waiver request for match for FY 2020 was due August 1, 2020.

If any tribes need help with the waiver request I would me more than happy to help.  Please email me at mtran@pgst.nsn.us.

TDCL-20-02

DATE: July 9, 2020

TO: Tribal IV-D Directors

SUBJECT: FY 2020 Emergency Waiver Deadline – August 1, 2020

Dear Colleague:

Tribes and tribal organizations unable to meet their non-federal share of child support expenditures for fiscal year (FY) 2020 due to an emergency may submit a waiver request in accordance with 45 CFR 309.130(e)(1)(ii). If you have questions or need technical assistance regarding submitting an emergency waiver of the non-federal contributions, please contact your OCSE Regional Program Manager.

Sincerely,
